Artaville Rug is in the business of selling, trading, cleaning and performing repairs of all kinds of oriental rugs.
To maintain the beauty of quality of your oriental rug, we recommend a professional cleaning at least every 5 to 7 years if you have no pets. If you do have pets every case is different. We all love our pets but they occasionally have accidents. When these problems are not addressed quickly; you can end up with some unpleasant odors that are very difficult to remove. We are hear to answer any questions you may have if you find yourself in this situation.
Free pick up and delivery are available with a minimum order requirement. We will be grateful if you can call in advance and make an appointment for your visit.
Repair
In the specific case of repairs we need to see the rug for an evaluation of the
damage. We do provide restoration/repair of Oriental and Specialty Rugs
deodorization/urine decontamination, and rug pads. The time frame for the
repair of your rug depends on the severity of the damage, but an estimate will
be provided during the evaluation.
Cleaning
Oriental, and Turkish rugs of many types of fibers including cotton, wool, and silk. Proper fiber identification is extremely necessary in order to clean the rug as thoroughly as possible without damaging the quality of the rug.
Artaville Rug wants to provide your rugs with the proper care that they deserve. Generally, Oriental rugs are made with natural fibers and dyes. We treat your rugs with special care using only cleaning agents with the correct pH balance to prevent browning, color fading, and discoloration. Oriental Rugs are our business and we know the special requirements of each type of rug.
After cleaning, all rugs are dried with proper dehumidification and air movement. Fringes are then cleaned and treated and in some cases bleached to ensure maximum beauty and brightness.
The process from pick up to delivery generally takes 10 to 14 business days.
